Five firms affected by FCA's system outage last month
The Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed that five firms were unable to submit reports following a system outage last month.
In response to a Freedom of Information Act submitted by Post, the FCA confirmed that the five affected firms were able to submit their reports at a later date.
The September outage, which affected
