Courier company owner given suspended jail sentence
The owner of two West Midlands-based courier companies who forged multiple motor fleet and freight liability insurance policies to win business worth more than £700,000 has been sentenced to 16 months in prison, which was suspended for two years.
In addition, Mark Randall, 46, of Stafford Close in Walsall, has been ordered to undertake 150 hours community service and has been suspended from being a company director for five years.
