LV wins retrial against PI claimant who pocketed £20k
A retrial has this week reversed a court's decision to award a pregnant woman around £20,000 in damages for personal injury.
Liverpool Civil and Family Courts overturned the original decision that Rebecca Lawton, 24, had been injured in a road traffic accident involving an LV policyholder three years ago
