Arista acquisition cost Towergate £16.7m

Towergate paid £16.7m to acquire managing general agency Arista in 2014, the firm has said in a bondholders report published today (26 June).

The cost of the deal was not disclosed when the acquisition was completed in April last year.

Towergate made seven acquisitions in the 12 months leading up to December 2014, the report states, while
