Willis lines up 49% stake in India's Almondz
Willis has agreed to purchase a 49% stake in Almondz Insurance Brokers subject to the Indian foreign investment cap being increased by Parliament.
Almondz, a member of the Insurance Brokers' Association of India, offers both insurance and reinsurance corporate broking and employs 300 staff across nine offices in India.
