Fosun completes Ironshore stake acquisition
Chinese investment firm Fosun has become the largest shareholder in Bermuda based insurer Ironshore after completing the purchase of a 20% stake.
Fosun, which owns a host of insurance assets, paid around $464m (£277m) for the stake in the international property and casualty insurer.
Ironshore has operations in Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Hong
