Swinton sees 26% 2013 profit drop
High street broker Swinton has reported post-tax profit of £14.1m for 2013, a 26% decrease on its prior year result.
Turnover at the company increased 1%to £304.6m and operating profit decreased 11% to £32.9m which Swinton attributed to branch closures.
The broker now has 395 branches in its network, down from 446
