Independent oversight body formed in Australia
In Australia a new independent body has been created that will oversee the revised General Insurance Code of Practice.
The new body will ensure code compliance is effectively monitored and enforced.
The Code Governance Committee is appointed by the Code Governance Association, and it replaces the former Code
