JLT posts 15% increase in revenues in H1
Jardine Lloyd Thompson posted a 15% increase in total revenue to £559.6m for the first six months of 2014, despite a challenging rating environment in insurance and reinsurance and adverse foreign exchange movement.
Revenue for the six months to 30th June 2014 increased by 22% at constant rates of exchange. The broker posted organic revenue growth of 6%.
JLT's underlying trading profit increased by 19% to £110.5m
