China aiming to scrap 11m cars
In an attempt to control pollution, Chinese authorities are trying to eliminate 11m high polluting cars from the roads in the next two years.
In a statement on Monday (26 May) on the Chinese official government web portal, China's State Council said it "will eliminate 6m high-polluting vehicles before the end of 2014 in a move to bring down
