RSA is selling its businesses in the Baltics and Poland for £300m – a move which will add around £200m to the insurer’s net assets.
The businesses are to be sold to Polish company Powszechny Zakad Ubezpieczeñ sa and, subject to regulatory approval, the transactions are expected to complete in the second half of this year.
