Groupama sells Soc Gen stake

Groupama has sold its remaining 1.86% stake in Societe General for €517.8m (£445.2m).

The French insurer formerly held 4.25% of total share capital, and 6.32% of voting rights at the bank.

This deal is part of a rebalancing of Groupama's assets portfolio announced in late 2011, and
