Ageas appoints Broughton to group board
Ageas has appointed Steve Broughton as a non-executive member of its group board of directors for a three-year period, subject to approval by the National Bank of Belgium.
Broughton will retain his current roles of non-executive director of Ageas UK and of Tesco Underwriting. Broughton, a former managing director of RSA, also holds others chairmanships including
