Delta Lloyd sounds warning note on regulation
Regulatory changes could threaten the economic recovery in the Netherlands, the chairman of Dutch insurer Delta Lloyd said yesterday.
Speaking at his New Year's address in Amsterdam, Niek Hoek, expressed concern that new mortgage rules proposed by the Dutch government could dampen consumer spending.
