Legal giant reveals ABS plan

Irwin Mitchell has stepped closer to forming a licensed alternative business structure and securing external finance.

The law firm is set to take advantage of the provisions of the Legal Services Act, which comes into force in October, by restructuring the partnership as an ABS.

It has appointed Espirito Santo
