The Ministry of Justice must not act hastily to extend the RTA Portal to liability cases, Tim Wallis, its independent chairman warned.
Lord Young of Graffham's October 2010 report, Common Sense, Common Safety suggested the electronic RTA process "provides a model of how an effective system should work" and ideally would be extended
