Solicitor ARP audit after cover under-reporting
Solicitors' professional indemnity insurers could escape an increase in their exposure to the assigned risks pool following an audit of their premiums.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority began an audit of qualifying insurers in November, amid concerns that cover was being under-reported to avoid exposure to the ARP — a temporary fund of last resort
