Insurers warn SMEs of new legal consequences
The insurance industry has urged small business owners to ensure they are covered in the event an investigation under the Corporate Manslaughter Act.
The warning comes after Cotswold Geotechnical became the first company convicted under the legislation last week.
The engineering firm was fined £385 000 following the death of geologist Alexander
