Matson sets £1m target for Prince's Trust
Novae's chief underwriter Peter Matson has succeeded Julian Enoizi, the outgoing Argo chief executive, as chairman of The Prince's Trust Insurance Leadership Group.
The ILG has raised £4.5m in five years to help disadvantaged young people into work.
The group also aims to make it easier for disadvantaged young people to gain insurance.
