Iprism valued at £50m as PE firm takes a stake
Online commercial comparison portal Iprism has attracted private equity backing, in a move that values the business at £50m.
Founder and chief executive Gary Burke has sold a minority interest to funds advised by Magenta for £7.5m, half the original investment he put in the company when he set it up four years ago.
