Towers aims to lead non-life consultancy
Towers Watson has outlined its ambition to become "number one" in the UK non-life consultancy market following its acquisition of EMB.
The deal for an undisclosed fee, is set to be finalised in the next 60 to 90 days, subject to regulatory approval.
It comes less than a year after the formation of Towers Watson through the merger of
