SCM Insurance Services company Axis Claims Pro is set to create a third party administration unit.

The new division, which will provide clients with back office support, will be headed Daniel Brown, a senior member of Axis Claims Pro's team responsible for account management and will service UK and international clients from the company's London office.

In addition, Katie Frost (pictured) has been appointed as adjuster coordinator to support Mr Brown.

Alistair Jacob, executive director of Axis Claims Pro, said: "This new unit reflects our focus on delivering centres of excellence across our home/foreign adjusting business. Segmenting the administration piece in this way makes commercial sense and ensures we maintain the highest quality service standards in our core adjusting activities."
