Review follows £60m Capita deal
Capita has outlined plans to retain the staff of Premier Medical Group following its £60m acquisition of the company last week.
Following the deal, PMG will work alongside fellow Capita health companies including CRC and Inventures.
Andy Parker, director of Capita's health division, told Post the firm would look to build on PMG
