Whiplash debate: medical reports and diagnostic tools are key elements in understanding the problems

Those following the debate about motor insurance costs and, in particular, the now very significant contribution to those costs made by whiplash claims will know that both medical reporting agancies and general practitioners have come under fire at previous sessions of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Insurance & Financial Services and the Transport Select Committee. Next Ruesday they will have an opportunity to put their case to the All Party Group.
