Hong Kong's radical health insurance overhaul

Hong Kong’s health insurers are concerned as the government prepares its Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme writes Nicky Burridge.

The scheme is being set-up to encourage more consumers to take out private medical cover, in a bid to relieve pressure on Hong Kong's crowded public hospitals.

But it is proving to be controversial
