John Holman & Sons has hired Gareth Absalom as head of accident and health underwriting to form a new business division. He joins Holman's from Lucas Fettes where he was managing director having previously been active underwriter of a Lloyd's syndicate. He is joined by Adrian Reeve and Luisa Sanchez who were members of his team at Lucas Fettes. Mr Absalom and his new team will be based at Holman's City office.
