Civil Liability Bill gets second reading in Lords
Peers in the House of Lords examined the Civil Liability Bill yesterday in the Bill's second reading.
The Bill, which proposes a tariff for road traffic accident compensation, a ban on pre-medical offers, and a new method for calculating the Ogden discount rate, will now go to the committee stage.
