Insurers in row with BA over bill for cancellation expenses
Insurers have hit out at British Airways for encouraging customers to claim on their travel insurance for ‘disruption expenses’ caused from the recent IT outage.
A claim form on BA’s website advises customers that they should make a claim for expenses with their travel insurer “in the first instance”.
